Commissioned by the Mondavi Center for the Arts' Young Artists Competition, this work is a suite of dances for solo violin, and to be performed as a suite or excerpted. The premiere performances will take place on May 5 and 6, 2017. The piece is dedicated to Lara Downes, with gratitude and in friendship.
